Testimonials

Made a sale on eBay via a 10 day auction to a buyer named Elarama2012.

After the auction ended I Sent her a invoice for payment which was ignored.

I waited 2 days and sent her a reminder invoice which was also ignored.

At the 4 day mark I opened an unpaid item case through ebay which was also ignored.

I then emailed her and asked her why she wasn't paying for her item? this was also ignored.

I listed her on BadBuyer on November 14th at 11:51am and sent her a notification thru BadBuyer letting her know she was just listed on the site.

35 minutes later at 12:26 on November 14th she paid for her item!!

This buyer was very brazen as he opened his case that his item was not received on the very same day he received his order. I let him know that I just listed him with BadBuyer.com and he received the notification email from the BadBuyer.com site and mysteriously his parcel seemed to show up out of nowhere and he closed the case.

I listed him on BadBuyer.com at 5:43 and shared with him via a notification thrugh BadBuyer.com.

7 minutes later at 5:50 he closed his case.

Another buyer opened a case that the item was not received. I listed him on BadBuyer.com and then on the same day he closed the case with Ebay® as the item was mysteriously found again. I shared with him at 4:06pm that he was being listed on BadBuyer.com and he closed the case against me at 6:10pm on the very same day.

This buyer purchased an item from me and then decided to not pay for it. I emailed him thru Ebay and asked him very politely if he planned on paying for his purchase? Then he got verbally abusive and denied ever buying my item in the first place then started swearing at me and threatened me with a negative feedback, right up until I notified him that I listed him on bad buyer and even then he was still abusive until........he received the email notification directly from Badbuyer.com and then his tune changed completely!!!

His last reply is very different from all of the previous ones as he has realized that there is recourse for sellers against bad buyers, Finally.

Dear raj_chalir,

What?! I looked at your for sale item and decided not to buy it. I never gave any CC info and just logged out. There is no crime in window shopping As I said, I am sorry for causing any inconvenience but since I am not receiving any product from you I fail to see how my actions are fraudulent. I am we'll aware of my rights and obligations and since the transaction was never completed I KNOW I am not responsible for this. I get that you want to sell your DVD's but being a dick about it because I changed my mind is probably not cool.

Dear dirtsticks14,

are you going to pay for your purchase?

- raj_chalir

Then I emailed a second time and reminded him that once a buyer clicks "buy" that they are now responsible for paying for their purchases.

"HIS REPLY"

Dear raj_chalir,

Ok. Listen. By not paying for it I did not buy it. The transaction was not complete. The only thing in my folder is previously views items. No purchases.

Then I emailed him a third time:

"HIS REPLY"

Dear raj_chalir,

Wow.
Seriously?
What a very sad individual you are.
I am sorry for not wanting your item. I am shocked at your attitude and venom and will also report you, I guess.
I sincerely apologize, once again, for inconveniencing you. ( clearly not on purpose) I hope you can find some peace and happiness in your obviously toxic existence. I wish you no bad will and hope in the future you will be able to come to terms with people changing their minds.
I really doubt your reporting will affect my life much and I hope that your decreased rating will not hurt your sales too much in the future.

Dear raj_chalir,

I seriously don't care about that. It takes more than one negative review on a website nobody goes to to affect my ability to make transactions over the internet. Also, I just checked the rules of eBay and unless your item was auction or bid then my putting it in my cart does not affect it's ability to be bought by other people. Yours was fixed price. I doubt very much that eBay is going to cancel my account. Especially since the only other purchase I made was rated positively with a very fast payment comment.
You sound pretty desperate over 20 bucks. Get a life.

THEN I LISTED HIM ON BAD BUYER AND SENT HIM A NOTIFICATION LETTER THRUGH BAD BUYER AND BELOW IS HIS RESPONSE AFTER HE WAS MADE AWARE THAT I HAD SHARED HIS BUYING PRACTICES WITH THE WHOLE WORLD!!!!!!

"HIS REPLY"

Dear raj_chalir,

Hi Raj.
I feel I owe you an apology. After looking at the terms of ebay for sellers I was educated to the fact that you are still responsible for fees from them when somebody commits to buy but does not pay you. I did not realize this. Plus I did not know that hitting 'buy now' married me to the item-for sale. I assumed that the sale happened once we had paid you. I wish we had been a little more civil to each other and I feel bad for costing you money. That sucks. I get why you would be pissed at me. I would be pissed if I were in the same situation.
Honestly, I did not decide that I did not want to buy because I found a better deal( yours was by far the best) but because the only shipping that was available was standard USPS and I needed it faster than that so I ended up just deciding on another non eBay gift for someone.
I am not writing this to you because I need you to unreport me ( I really don't care about that) but because I feel I have caused another person undue duress and monetary loss and I truly feel bad. Plus, I think in my need to be justified I embarked on an uneducated argument with you. Please accept my apology. I am a little unfamiliar with the ways of eBay and I thought it was just like shopping at target online or some such thing.
Happy to pay the fees you accrued. Please. As a person to person life transaction I hope you can accept my humblest apology.
